Each quarter, students are awarded a small party in the library with snacks and activities. You must meet the quarterly word counts to qualify for an invite to the parties.
Million Word Challenge readers also can earn Amazon gift cards, a certificate, a personalized poster, and recognition at an end-of-the-year banquet. The top reader in the school earns a Kindle Fire tablet. A drawing is held for a second tablet. All qualified millions word readers are entered into the drawing.
